About the event
We are looking for 1-2 volunteers to support the backend operations alongside our SDSC staff members to ensure the smooth execution of upcoming events, including our Nationals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing specific events
Liaising with personnel or groups involved
Getting event updates and making sure all tasks are on schedule
The period of engagement will last from April to July 2025 and consist of both in-person and remote coordination. The person should have weekends free, as the Nationals will be mainly on weekends. Volunteers should be at least 21 years old and preferably have event management experience. Volunteers should also have initiative and maturity.
