About the event
Key Details
SDSC is supporting one of our partnering organisations in their charity fun fair. As part of SDSC's involvement, we will be bringing para sports for the visitors to try out while raising funds through the sale of merchandise and pre-tickets for our upcoming World Para Swimming Championships (WPSC25). Our WPSC25 mascot, Ah Dot, will also be making its appearance to add to the fun and cheer of the event!
Roles & Responsibilities during Deployment
Volunteers will facilitate and assist the visitors in trying out the para sports and activities. For the mascot's, Ah Dot's, appearance, 1 volunteer will need to wear the costume and be chaperoned by 2 other volunteers at any one point of time. The 3 volunteers can rotate to help wear the costume in case the weather gets too hot or unbearable for anyone.
