About the event
The SDSC will host the Toyota World Para Swimming Championships in Singapore from 21 to 27 September 2025, marking a historic milestone as the first time the event is held in Asia. The World Championships, the highest-level para swimming competition outside of the Paralympic Games, will feature 600 over para athletes from around the world including Team Singapore Para Swimmers: Yip Pin Xiu, Toh Wei Soong, and Sophie Soon.
In conjunction with the SG60 celebrations, this event will showcase the strength and determination of para athletes, inspiring empowerment within the community. We warmly invite everyone to join us at this prestigious event—one that uplifts, inspires, and celebrates the unique potential of every individual.
